Your Impact

As a Store Supervisor, you will:

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in leading the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is always customer-ready.
  • Oversee daily operations including stock management, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
  • Act as a role model for Coach’s brand values and service excellence.
What You’ll Bring
  • Previous retail/outlet experience in a supervisory or senior sales role (luxury or fashion preferred).
