Job summary

This full-time role requires flexibility to work across mornings, days, late nights and weekends, with a hands-on approach to day-to-day tasks and a focus on delivering outstanding service

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team across stores or large teams.
• Ability to create rosters ensuring daily tasks are covered.
• Experience tracking hours, managing absences and policy compliance.
• Experience managing consumable budgets and ordering supplies.
• Physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team within cleaning, trolley collection and waste support.
• Create a roster for your team to ensure daily tasks and operations are covered.
• Work with Store Leadership to identify challenges and priorities.
• Complete time and attendance activities for team members and track hours.
• Order consumables for stores and manage within a budget.
• Provide hands-on contribution by performing core operational tasks as needed.
