Woolworths Group in Sydney is seeking a Store Services Compliance Officer to partner with store leadership to ensure payroll and food safety compliance.
You will identify opportunities, rectify quickly, and support recruitment, training and payroll, helping create a safe, compliant store environment. This role emphasizes communication, teamwork and a customer-focused approach across Woolworths brands, with flexibility for a 4-day work week.
Our Store Services and Compliance Officers partner closely with the store leadership team to ensure compliance across a range of areas including payroll and food safety. As a Store Services Compliance Officer, you will support and enable store leaders to identify opportunities, rectify these quickly to ensure that all compliance requirements are met.
Our teams identify this role as being critical to their first experience working at Woolies and is often the first point of contact for advice related to payroll; therefore communication skills and the ability to connect the team with the right support is essential.
