Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a Store Services Compliance Officer in Narangba, Queensland. You will partner with store leadership to ensure payroll and food safety compliance while enabling teams to perform at their best.

You’ll help identify opportunities, rectify issues quickly, and guide leaders to uphold a safe, compliant and customer-focused store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in store operations and payroll processes is desirable.
• Ability to coach and support leadership teams to maintain safety and compliance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the role

Our Store Services and Compliance Officers partner closely with the store leadership team to ensure compliance across a range of areas including payroll and food safety. As a Store Services Compliance Officer, you will support and enable store leaders to identify opportunities, rectify these quickly to ensure that all compliance requirements are met.

Our teams identify this role as being critical to their first experience working at Woolies and is often the first point of contact for advice related to payroll; therefore communication skills and the ability to connect the team with the right support is essential.
