Job summary

Harris Farm Markets in Sydney is seeking experienced store leaders to support the Store Manager in a fast-paced, fresh-food environment. You’ll own admin and compliance, roster multiple departments, and help run the store smoothly so leadership can focus on customers.

You are people-focused with prior retail leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach. You’ll drive service standards, stock control, and safety compliance while building a team that delivers value to shoppers.

We are currently searching for our next superstar Store Leaders!

You support the Store Manager by owning the admin and compliance for the store. You roster most departments, keep the back-office ticking, and make sure the store runs smoothly so your Store Manager can lead from the front. You're the person everyone comes to when something needs sorting.

About you

We are looking for someone who loves food, with previous experience working in a fresh food retail business.Additionally, we are looking for someone with:

• Strong communicators who build trust and engagement
• Confident managing performance, change and operational priorities
