NAPA Auto Parts is hiring at our Melbourne store for a Store Person. You will pick, pack, and dispatch orders, assist teammates, and maintain a clean, safe storeroom while prioritising safety.

A current driver’s licence is required with a forklift licence considered an advantage. This role involves lifting up to 20 kg and aligns with a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay and benefits. Join us to contribute to our safety-first culture and customer service excellence.

Duties include:

Our Store Persons put safety first! In fact, we all prioritise safety, ensuring that we Make It Safe and Make It Home. Store Persons are proactive in keeping our warehouse presentable and safe, and take pride in accurately picking, packing, and dispatching stock orders in a timely manner.

• Pick, pack, dispatch orders
• Assist the team where needed
• Storeroom organisation and safety
• Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home

Note, this role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving / machine operation.

Who we're looking for:

• Previous warehouse experience with a focus on receivables and dispatching
• High level of accuracy / attention to detail
• A current driver's licence and forklift licence (advantageous)
• Physical capacity to lift up to 20kg
• Commitment to safety and building strong working relationships
• Willing to learn
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Passion to be the best and continually raise the standard!
