Job summary

Workfast is seeking a Storeperson for a leading window and door hardware manufacturer in Wetherill Park, NSW. You will operate a high-reach forklift, use Epicor and RF scanning devices, and support accurate stock control through cycle counts and FBW transactions.

This is a full-time, on-site role with OT penalties and super. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and contribute to a structured warehouse environment with integrated systems like Epicor and Machship.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience with LF license and high-reach capability.
• Proficiency with Epicor, RF scanning devices and integrated freight management systems.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
• Strong English speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including standing and walking throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a high-reach forklift and perform equipment safety checks.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and rectify variances via cycle counting.
• Operate the Fulfilment workbench (FBW) in Epicor to process inventory transactions.
• Pick and pack goods according to KPI measures with FIFO focus.
• Generate and distribute picking/packing lists to the team.

Workfast is looking for a Storeperson to join our client’s team, a leading manufacturer and supplier of window and door hardware.

Pay rate: $38 per hour + OT penalties + super
Hours: 7:30am to 4pm (Mon to Thurs) 7:30am to 2pm (Fri)
Location:Wetherill Park, NSW
Start Date:ASAP

Candidates must have the ability to operate the Fulfilment workbench (FBW) and be proficient in using RF scanning devices. This role requires a sound knowledge of Epicor and integrated freight management systems, alongside the ability to investigate stock discrepancies from cycle counting and stocktakes. This is an advanced warehouse position for a proactive operator ready to support the Team Leader through high-reach forklift operation and specialised administrative duties.

What you will be doing

• Picking and packing goods according to KPI measures with a focus on FIFO rotation.
• Generating and distributing picking and packing lists to the wider team.
• Complying with WHS policies, conducting risk assessments, and reporting hazardous situations.
• Maintaining the facility in accordance with 5S (Sort, Set-in-order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain) methodology.
• Providing basic maintenance and upkeep of materials handling equipment.
• Consigning and manifesting orders in Epicor and Machship.
