Job summary

Workfast is recruiting a Storeperson for a role in Wetherill Park, NSW. You will operate a high-reach forklift, manage inventory in Epicor, and interact with Machship. The role supports the Warehouse Supervisor in a structured manufacturing and distribution environment.

This is a full-time position with ongoing work and potential temp-to-perm. Pay is AUD 38 per hour plus OT penalties and super, with prerequisites including a LF forklift license and strong 5S/CoR knowledge.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Forklift License (LF) with high-reach forklift experience.
• Proficiency with Epicor, RF scanning devices and integrated freight management systems.
• Sound understanding of 5S and CoR requirements.
• Good English speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Able to meet physical requirements including standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operating a high-reach forklift and performing equipment safety checks.
• Investigating stock discrepancies and rectifying variances through cycle counting.
• Operating the Fulfilment workbench (FBW) in Epicor to process inventory transactions.
• Picking and packing goods according to KPI measures with a focus on FIFO rotation.
• Generating and distributing picking and packing lists to the wider team.
• Complying with WHS policies, conducting risk assessments, and reporting hazardous situations.
• Maintaining the facility in accordance with 5S methodology.
• Providing basic maintenance and upkeep of materials handling equipment.
• Consigning and manifesting orders in Epicor and Machship.

Workfast is looking for a Storeperson to join our client’s team, a leading manufacturer and supplier of window and door hardware.

Pay rate: $38 per hour + OT penalties + super
Hours: 7:30am to 4pm (Mon to Thurs) 7:30am to 2pm (Fri)
Location: Wetherill Park, NSW
Start Date: ASAP

Candidates must have the ability to operate the Fulfilment workbench (FBW) and be proficient in using RF scanning devices. This role requires a sound knowledge of Epicor and integrated freight management systems, alongside the ability to investigate stock discrepancies from cycle counting and stocktakes. This is an advanced warehouse position for a proactive operator ready to support the Team Leader through high-reach forklift operation and specialised administrative duties.
