Job summary

CNW Electrical Pty Ltd is expanding its Ipswich branch and is seeking a Store Person who takes pride in accuracy, organisation and teamwork. You will pick and pack customer orders, load and unload goods, and help keep stock receipting and dispatching accurate in a brand-new facility.

You must hold a current Forklift Licence; a manual Australian driver's licence is preferred. Basic computer literacy and flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods are required.

Qualifications

• Forklift Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing goods.
• Ensure receipting and dispatching stock are accurate.
• Participate in regular cyclical stocktakes.
• Work with sales to meet daily branch objectives.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
• Assist with upkeep and presentation of the new warehouse and branch.
• Opportunity to complete a Certificate III or relevant traineeship.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and well-organised Store Person who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing goods.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of receipting and dispatching stock.
• Participate in regular cyclical stocktakes.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve daily branch objectives.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with the general upkeep and presentation of our new warehouse and branch facilities.
• Opportunity to complete a Certificate III or relevant traineeship.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current Forklift Licence (essential).
• A current Australian manual driver's licence (preferred).
• The ability to safely lift and handle materials in accordance with workplace safety guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods when required.
