Job summary

Freedom in Melbourne is seeking a proactive Store Support Person to help run daily store operations, support stock management and assist customers on the shop floor.

This hands-on role combines customer service, administration and stock control, offering variety and opportunities to grow within one of Australia’s leading home and lifestyle retailers. You will work as part of a friendly team, maintaining an organised and safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, warehouse, administration or customer service experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident using computer systems and technology.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support stock receivals, transfers and inventory management
• Assist with customer collections and delivery coordination
• Complete administrative and cash handling tasks
• Maintain an organised and safe warehouse environment
• Support stocktakes and inventory accuracy
• Work closely with the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Help ensure smooth store operations every day
