Job summary

The Woodman Group is seeking a hands-on operations leader in Mackay to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hardware retail and truss plant, coordinating workflow, and ensuring production runs efficiently while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will lead a team, drive efficient work systems, communicate with staff and clients, and ensure orders are completed on schedule to meet production and sales targets in a diverse, locally owned business with over 70 years in the Mackay region.

Qualifications

• Have strong communication and leadership skills
• Be a practical problem solver who can adapt when priorities change
• Work well within a team environment while supporting others

• Ensuring orders are completed on schedule
