Morrisons Store Manager role overseeing a community-focused store with entrepreneurial spirit and responsibility for P&L, people, and performance. You will lead a team to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales while maintaining Morrisons brand standards.

You’ll recruit, train and develop staff, foster an inclusive culture, and actively engage with the local community. Flexibility in hours is required to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Store Manager experience in fast-paced, service-focused environments such as retail, convenience or hospitality.
• Ability to coach, motivate and inspire in order to create a strong team culture.
• A passion for spotting and developing talent.

• Lead a team to deliver the best possible customer experience in line with Morrisons brand values.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and profitability.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, training and development to build an inclusive culture.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and the local community, representing the store.
