Aussie is seeking driven mortgage professionals to join our growing store network across Australia. As an Aussie Store Broker you will manage walk-ins, online leads and in-store appointments, guiding customers from search through settlement and beyond.

With a self-employed, commission-based model and access to our Find. Buy. Own. ecosystem, you’ll unlock referral income from buyers’ agents, conveyancing and related services while building lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking required or willingness to obtain (we’ll support you).
• Background in sales or customer service roles.
• Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of your retail store.
• A passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams.

Responsibilities

• Manage walk-ins, online leads and in-store appointments with high-intent customers.
• Be a contributor to local area marketing initiatives in your community.
• Guide customers through the home loan journey from search, to settlement, and beyond.
• Leverage our expanded offering to earn referral income from buyer’s agents and conveyancing.
