Job summary

Aussie is expanding its franchisee network and seeking In-store Mortgage Brokers to help Australians buy and own homes with confidence. You’ll manage appointments, nurture leads, and drive growth in your local store through a client-first approach.

You will participate in community marketing and leverage Aussie’s ecosystem—brokers, conveyancing, and buyer’s agents—to unlock referral income while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Background in sales or customer service roles.
• Drive and determination to contribute to growth of the retail store.
• Passion for helping customers achieve homeownership dreams.

Responsibilities

• Manage walk-ins, online leads and in-store appointments with high-intent customers
• Be a contributor to local area marketing initiatives in your community
• Guide customers through the home loan journey from search, to settlement, and beyond
• Leverage our expanded offering to earn referral income from buyer’s agents and conveyancing
