We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee operations across our Wollongong and University of Wollongong (UOW) restaurants during a maternity leave period. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proven leader to contribute to a values-driven organisation, with the potential for a permanent position following the contract period.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire high-performing teams across two store locations
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and operational excellence
• Drive sales growth and profitability while maintaining cost controls
• Oversee rostering, stock management, compliance, and reporting
• Ensure adherence to Zambrero’s brand standards, food safety, and service quality
