You’ll coach, mentor, and develop talent, manage store operations, and support loss prevention while working weekends and peak periods to keep momentum strong.

• Leadership Experience: 2–4 years in retail management, ideally in apparel or footwear.
• Sales-driven mindset: proven ability to smash targets while delivering standout customer service.
