Job summary

Supercheap Auto Bondi Junction is seeking an experienced Store Manager or high-performing Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of about 15 and drive great customer experiences. You’ll champion safety, coach staff, and coordinate daily operations across stock, merchandising and service.

As the Store Manager

you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Retail management experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.

• Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
