Job summary

The Reject Shop in Moree is looking for a Store Manager to run the store hands-on on the floor, leading a team of 10 to 15. You’ll be responsible for on-floor operations, stock, service and standards, working directly with your team to get things done.

If you love being on the shop floor, this is your role. What makes this opportunity unique is the roster: no Sunday hours, every second Saturday off, and three days off in a row every second weekend.

Qualifications

• You’ve managed a retail store, servo, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar.
• Lead by example and drive frontline performance.

Responsibilities

• Run your own store, hands-on and on the floor, with a team of 10 to 15.
• Manage on-floor operations: stock, service and standards with your team.
• Lead through action; no desk-based management.
