The Reject Shop is seeking a Store Manager for the Adelaide Metro area. You will run your own store hands-on, on the floor, leading a team of 10 to 15 staff and ensuring service, stock and standards are maintained.

The roster emphasizes no Sunday hours and weekend time off, with a path to grow as the business expands. You should have prior store leadership experience, a hands-on management style, and the ability to operate across busy retail retail floors.

Qualifications

• You have managed a store, service counter, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar.
• You lead by example and are hands-on on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Run your own store on the floor with a team of 10–15.
• Lead on stock, service, standards and daily operations with your team.
• Contribute to a positive shopper experience and store performance.
