The Reject Shop is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead a team on the floor across a busy retail environment in Australia. You’ll run your own store with a team of 10 to 15, focusing on store standards, service and stock, not an office role.

You’ll be rewarded with a strong base hourly rate from 31.11 AUD, plus penalties, overtime, bonuses and a 17.5% leave loading, with a clear path to grow as the business expands.

Qualifications

• You've managed a retail store, servo, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar.
• We'll teach you the business, and a global operating model most managers never get to learn.
