We are looking for Store Managers right now!

As Store Manager, you will have the ability to lead all restaurant team members to ensure excellent customer service and product quality. You will ensure suitable team members are in place to service the needs of the business through recruiting and training employees so that the stellar reputation of Chargrill Charlie's is maintained. As a manager you'll be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability to meet our standards whilst delivering on key performance areas such as sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses. Through your efforts, you will create a culture of excellence.

About the Candidate

For this role, we are looking for a role model to all members of the business. Our store managers are people that are reliable and can lead by example. Prior leadership team experience is required for this role, as you'll need to be able to communicate effectively to delegate tasks to others, whilst also being empathetic with regards to guest complaints and other requirements. An understanding of the hospitality industry along with a proficiency in Microsoft Office will both prove highly helpful in this role.
