Job summary

Global Retail Brands Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Store Manager to run our Custom Chef & Cook Shop concession in Myer Werribee. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive sales, coach your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a premium department store environment.

You will own concession performance, lead a team, manage stock and presentation to brand standards, recruit and develop staff, and maintain rosters, administration, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or concession leader in retail.
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on sales and results.
• Confident, hands-on leader who leads by example.
• Passionate about kitchenware, cooking and helping customers create experiences.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Owning concession performance and achieving sales, profit, and KPI targets.
