Plush - Think Sofas is seeking an energetic Store Manager for our O'Connor showroom to deliver unforgettable customer experiences and drive sales in premium furniture.

You will lead a small team, manage showroom operations, maintain standout merchandising and accurate pricing, and work closely with the showroom leadership to grow the business.

The role offers a competitive salary with uncapped commissions and ongoing training in a supportive team.

• Hit daily and weekly sales goals with product expertise and persuasive selling.
• Maintain precise paperwork and ensure smooth order processing.
• Recommend whole-room solutions and add-ons to customers.
• Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to keep the space merchandised and pricing accurate.
