Bed Bath N' Table at Osborne Park is seeking a Store Manager on a fixed term basis through October 2027. The role leads the store team, coaches staff, and delivers expert home styling advice to drive outstanding sales.

You will partner with the Assistant Manager and operate within a rotating roster that supports work-life balance. Join a locally owned Australian brand with a strong rewards culture, staff discounts, and development opportunities as you guide a passionate team to meet monthly KPIs

Qualifications

• Desire to be part of a high-performance culture and achieve monthly sales targets and individual KPI’s.
• Previous experience in a retail sales environment with a passion for delivering customer service that exceeds expectations.

As the most senior member of the team, your role is to partner closely with the Assistant Manager to develop and coach the team to deliver expert home styling advice and drive outstanding store sales.
