Job summary

Bed Bath N' Table is seeking a passionate Store Manager for our Osborne Park store on a fixed-term contract until October 2027. You will lead a high-performing team, partnering with the Assistant Manager to coach staff and deliver expert home styling advice to drive store sales.

The role offers a rotation roster to support work-life balance, career progression opportunities, and access to staff discounts, training, and an Employee Assistance program.

Qualifications

• Desire to be part of a high-performance culture and achieve monthly sales targets and individual KPI's
• Previous experience in a retail sales environment with a passion for delivering customer service that exceeds expectations
