The Role:

Working collaboratively with the Area Manager, you’ll lead a high performing team focused on delivering exceptional retail experiences. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors’ values; LEADERSHIP, CARE, ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY and INNOVATION. Your day to day will involve leading by example, developing your team through hands on coaching, attracting and retaining top talent, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong, positive culture within your store.

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, confidently coaching a team to achieve strong results
  • Commitment in delivering Exceptional Retail Experiences
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results driven mindset
  • True LEADERSHIP, not defined by a title, but by the impact you have on people and outcomes
