We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Store Manager to take the lead, build a high-performing team and make their mark with one of Australia’s most recognised menswear brands.

Since 1999, Industrie has grown to become an institution in Australian menswear, with over 120 stores nationwide across freestanding, concession and outlet locations – and we’re continuing to grow.

This is an exciting opportunity to take genuine ownership of your store, its team and its performance. You’ll have the support of an established retail network behind you, while having the autonomy to lead from the front, develop your people and create a store that delivers results.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a confident, energetic and commercially minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and knows how to bring the best out of their team.

As Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your store! Leading from the shop floor, driving sales and KPIs, developing your team and creating an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through the door.

You won’t be someone who leads from the sidelines. You’ll be hands-on, results-driven and ready to get amongst it alongside your team.
