In the heart of Sydney CBD, we’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Assistant Store Manager to help lead one of Industrie’s flagship stores.

Since 1999, Industrie has grown to become one of Australia’s most recognised menswear brands, with over 120 stores nationwide across freestanding, concession and outlet locations – and we’re continuing to grow.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-profile flagship location, also home to our Sydney Head Office, and play a key role in driving the performance, culture and customer experience of the store. Working alongside an experienced Store Manager, you’ll have great exposure to the wider business while building your leadership career with Industrie.

We’re looking for a confident, energetic and commercially minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and knows how to bring the best out of their team.

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a key support to your Store Manager and a visible leader on the shop floor – driving sales, coaching your team, maintaining exceptional standards and creating an environment where both customers and team members want to be.

You won’t be someone who leads from the sidelines. You’ll be hands-on, results-driven and ready to get amongst it alongside your team.
