Job summary

Bendon Group is seeking a Store Manager for our Homebush store. You will lead a dynamic team, foster a culture that empowers women, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

This role runs 38 hours per week, Tue–Sat, with opportunities for development and progression through our talent programmes. A comprehensive induction and staff incentives accompany a strong focus on KPIs and merchandising excellence.

Qualifications

• 38 hours per week with Tue–Sat roster.
• BRA-FIT certification required or willingness to become certified.
• Create an inclusive and uplifting space where every woman feels confident.
• Lead and coach a store team; drive KPIs and merchandising to look flawless.
• Support from a Regional Manager.

Responsibilities

• Run daily store operations and lead the team.
• Coach and inspire staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage merchandising and visual standards to keep the store looking flawless.
• Work toward KPIs with guidance from the Regional Manager.

• Smashing KPIs, merchandising like a pro & keeping the store looking flawless
• Driving success with the support of a dedicated Regional Manager
