• Demonstrated leadership experience in retail or service industry.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets within KPI frameworks.
• Ability to lead through organizational change and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Successfully lead teams through change, including new products and technology.
• Drive adoption of new products by ensuring the team is confident, engaged and customer-focused.
• Oversee daily store operations including rostering, stock control, visual standards and compliance.
• Champion exceptional customer experiences through expert product knowledge.
• Recruit, develop and retain a passionate and capable retail team.
