Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in KPI-driven environments.

• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
• Previous leadership experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Oversee daily store operations including rostering, stock control, visual standards and compliance.
