OPSM Rhodes is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Rhodes team. No optical experience is required as world-class training is provided to support delivering exceptional customer experiences across our luxury brands.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading sales teams in a KPI-driven retail environment.
• Ability to coach and motivate staff through change and new product launches.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of eyewear products and luxury brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the store team to hit sales targets.
• Manage daily store operations, rostering, stock control and visual standards.
