Sunglass Hut in Melton is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead our Melton team and drive exceptional customer experiences across premium sunglass brands.

You will recruit, coach and develop a high-performing retail team, manage daily store operations and stock, and ensure brand standards and visual merchandising are upheld. An uncapped bonus and generous staff discounts accompany this role.

• Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Successfully lead teams through change, including the introduction of new and innovative products and technology
• Drive adoption of new products by ensuring your team is confident, engaged and customer-focused
• Oversee daily store operations including rostering, stock control, visual standards and compliance
• Champion exceptional customer experiences through expert product knowledge
