Job summary

OPSM Bondi Junction, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Bondi Junction team. No optical experience is required – world-class training is provided to ensure you feel supported delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a sales leader, you will coach and motivate staff, manage rostering and stock, and champion innovative eyewear technology and luxury brands such as Chanel, Ray-Ban, Prada, Gucci, Tiffany & Co.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading retail teams to achieve targets.
• Ability to drive change and adopt new products and technology.
• Passion for luxury eyewear and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Successfully guide teams through change and new product introductions.
• Drive product adoption by ensuring staff are confident, engaged and customer-focused.
• Oversee daily store operations including rostering, stock control, visual standards and compliance.
• Champion exceptional customer experiences through expert product knowledge.
• Recruit, develop and retain a passionate retail team.
