OPSM Plumpton is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Plumpton store for EssilorLuxottica’s OPSM brand. No optical experience required—world-class training is provided to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a luxury eyewear environment.

You will manage sales, team performance, and daily operations while driving adoption of new tech eyewear and premium brands like Chanel, Ray-Ban, Prada and Gucci.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Successfully lead teams through change and introduce new products and technology.
• Drive adoption of new products by ensuring team confidence and customer focus.
• Oversee daily store operations including rostering, stock control, visual standards and compliance.
• Champion exceptional customer experiences through expert product knowledge.
• Recruit, develop and retain a passionate and capable retail team.
• Create a positive, inclusive and engaging store environment.
