Qualifications

• Hands-on, people-first leader with retail and team development experience.
• Store management experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.
• Confident communicator who leads by example in customer-focused environments.
• Strong visual merchandising and presentation skills.
• Availability to work Tuesday - Saturday, 38 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver excellence in customer service, team culture and store presentation.
• Drive sales and exceed KPI targets through strong leadership, team motivation and authentic customer engagement.
• Deliver a memorable customer experience and grow a loyal customer base.
• Manage rostering, training, inventory, visual merchandising and promotions.
