Qualifications

• Strong retail background with hands on experience across stockroom and shop floor.
• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager, leading medium to large teams.
• Warm, enthusiastic communicator who leads with positivity and purpose.
• Ability to adapt in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
• High attention to detail with a strong understanding of retail profitability.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales results.
• Confident in delivering feedback and communicating effectively at all levels

Responsibilities

• Lead day to day store operations with a strong floor presence.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a large, diverse team to create future leaders.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences in line with Perfect Stranger service expectations.
• Drive sales results and ensure store profitability through cost and productivity management.
• Oversee rostering, budgets, and scheduling to meet business and payroll targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising, presentation standards, and store efficiencies.
• Recruit, train, and support team members with clear, honest and constructive feedback.
• Uphold and model Perfect Stranger's behavioural expectations, culture, and brand values.
