Rockwear Ocean Keys is seeking a Store Manager to lead and inspire the team in Clarkson, WA. You will drive sales, coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure merchandising and stock controls align with brand standards.

The role offers growth and collaboration within a dynamic activewear brand. Ideal candidates will have a passion for retail leadership, proven KPI achievement, and the ability to motivate and guide a team to meet store budgets while upholding Rockwear's values

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a retail environment.

• Experience delivering visual merchandising guidelines and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs; identify solutions to boost engagement and satisfaction.
