Job summary

Telstra Port Lincoln is hiring a Store Manager on a full-time permanent basis. You will lead a retail team, coach assistant managers and consultants, and align store execution with area sales and service goals to deliver strong customer experiences.

You will drive performance, manage talent development, and maintain operational standards while empowering your team to own outcomes in a dynamic Telstra environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail leadership role.
• Ability to energise and drive a team to exceed targets.
• Excellent communicator with diverse team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee induction of new team members
• Coach team to meet and exceed store targets
• Support team with customer query escalations
• Act as right-hand person to Store Manager
• Execute business initiatives to meet financial metrics
• Foster a positive store culture and motivate the team
• Organise store floor and staff schedules to meet demand
