Job summary

BWS is seeking a Store Manager for Kilda West in Melbourne. You will lead and develop a high-energy team, drive sales, and uphold safety and service standards to create an engaging in-store experience for customers and the local community.

You’ll be responsible for daily operations, inventory, housekeeping and team management while fostering an inclusive, fun culture that thrives on delivering exceptional service and meeting budgets.
