Job summary

Neverland is seeking a Store Manager for our Perth DFO store to lead with heart, drive sales and elevate the customer experience. This role is a hands-on, people-first leadership position in a fast-paced retail setting, with a focus on coaching, operational excellence and culture-driven growth.

You will direct rostering, VM and stock management, while championing our values and supporting the transformation journey of the brand.
