Job summary

Autobarn is seeking a Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across our automotive outlets. You'll drive sales, manage budgets and stock, ensure safety and standards, and coach staff to achieve KPI targets while living our values of teamwork and service excellence.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll optimise rostering, merchandising, and store standards to create a welcoming, high-performing environment

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in store management or senior retail leadership roles.
• Strong people development and coaching abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
