Job summary

Bonds Bondi is recruiting a Store Manager in NSW, Australia. This full-time role (38 hours per week) leads an inclusive, high-performing team, drives budgets and KPIs, and delivers exceptional customer experiences in a flagship Bonds store.

You will coach staff, manage stock and daily operations, oversee in-store merchandising, and ensure smooth day-to-day running while upholding brand standards and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to build an inclusive, high-performing team while driving budgets, KPIs and great customer experiences.
• Create a strong customer-first environment where every interaction reflects the brand and a high level of service.
• Coach and develop the team through regular on-the-spot feedback and ongoing capability building.
• Execute in-store visual merchandising, balancing brand guidelines with customer needs and store presentation.
• Take ownership of stock processes and daily operations to support smooth day-to-day running.
