The Opportunity

We’re excited to bring our vibrant spirit to our new Liverpool Outlet store! We're seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our newest location and bring the Kate Spade experience to life for our customers!

As Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our new store—leading with purpose, cultivating joy, and delivering a customer experience that’s as colorful and inspiring as our collections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Team Development: Onboard, train, and motivate a high-performing team to drive store results and culture.
  • Foster a culture of empowerment, inclusivity, and joy.
  • Create a welcoming, stylish, and engaging store environment.
  • Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory, and compliance.
  • Drive store performance through strategic planning and KPI management.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect our brand aesthetic.
  • Communicate customer insights and trends to inform business decisions.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Passion for the Kate Spade brand and customer experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
