Bevilles stores are looking for an inspiring Store Manager to lead a motivated team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales across our NSW locations.

You'll oversee coaching, development and retention of a high-performing team, while maintaining store standards and achieving KPI targets. This role focuses on people, performance and a positive, inclusive culture across the store.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a successful retail team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets.
• Strong coaching and people leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial acumen and confidence managing store operations.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• An interest in jewellery, fashion or lifestyle retail is highly regarded.
