Job summary

Adairs Retail Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will coach and develop staff, influence interior styling solutions, and drive the store's growth.

You’ll manage workforce planning, stock, KPI delivery, and reporting, ensuring a high-performing store that reflects our WOW brand and home design expertise. This role requires a passion for retail leadership and a flair for design, with a focus on culture, coaching and operational

Qualifications

Experience in a leadership role within retail.
Ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Passion for interior design and helping customers create their dream home.

Responsibilities

Inspire, coach and develop the team to achieve career goals and build succession plans.
Lead the team and set standards for delightful customer consultations on styling solutions.
Deliver workforce planning to have the right people in the right roles at the right time.
Ensure store performance against KPIs and goals, and proactively identify improvements.
Report on KPIs and drive solutions to increase engagement, satisfaction and results.
Lead stock management and reporting to optimize availability and efficiency.
