Job summary

Swarovski is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales and deliver a premium customer experience in one of our Australian stores.

You will recruit, coach and develop staff, manage daily operations, and execute strategies that strengthen customer relationships and brand loyalty within the luxury fashion/jewelry space. English communication and a passion for fashion are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a multi-cultural retail environment.
• Experience in luxury, fashion/cosmetics/lifestyle brands.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
• Digital proficiency with relevant retail tech/tools.
• Winning personality; able to build trust with customers, teams and stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills.

• Digital proficiency
• A winning personality to easily establish trust relationships with customers, teams and stakeholders
• English skills
