The Reject Shop is looking for a hands-on store leader to run a floor-based operation with a team of 10 to 15. You will be on the floor handling work, stock, service, and standards, working directly with your team rather than from an office.

No Sunday hours and a distinct roster are part of the role, with every second Saturday off and three days off in a row every second weekend—uncommon in retail and exactly what you’ll get here.

Qualifications

• You’ve managed a retail store, servo, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar, and you lead by doing.

Responsibilities

• Run your own store, hands-on and on the floor, with a team of 10 to 15.
