Job summary

Retail Apparel Group in Sydney is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy store, delivering sales growth and an elevated customer experience by applying the CLASS selling steps and promoting team development.

You will coach and develop staff, uphold brand standards, and drive performance against budgets and KPIs, while collaborating with Area and State Managers to sustain traffic and results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a strong sales-performance culture and drive sales growth in line with store KPIs and budgets.
• Coach, develop and engage the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and brand standards.
• Analyse sales data and reports to inform commercial actions that improve traffic and performance.
• Execute visual merchandising guidelines to maintain consistent store presentation as directed by VM team.
