Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail or hospitality is essential.
• Experience achieving sales targets, KPI's and maximizing profit.
• Understanding of P&L’s and how to influence them.
• Proven ability to manage rosters, undertake stocktakes and order stock to suitable levels.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop Boosties.
• Ability to work 4-5 days per week, including weekends.
• Passionate about what you do and give 100% every time!

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and team to deliver 100% customer service.
• Drive sales and profitability through effective coaching and execution.
• Train and develop team to reach performance targets.
• Oversee rostering, stock control, and supplier orders.
